Apartment Asst Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of similar experience, be self-motivated, able to work independently and own tools. They must have knowledge and "hands-on" experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and overall general repair.

Responsibilities

- Work independently and own tools. - Possess knowledge and "hands-on" experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. - Serve as second-in-command/leader of the maintenance team. - Be priority-focused and adaptable. - Available for on-call emergency needs Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Requirements

- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage. - Pass a basic maintenance exam. - Complete pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background screening.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of similar experience. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Experience as second-in-command/leader of the maintenance team. - Priority-focused and adaptable.
