Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant - Lakeview at Gateway

AIR Communities owns and operates apartment communities across major U.S. markets. This onsite role at their Denver property puts you at the front of the sales funnel: generating traffic, converting prospects into signed leases, and keeping current residents engaged enough to renew.

About the role

You'll follow AIR's structured sales process, which means prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduled tours, and consistent pipeline discipline. This isn't a passive information-desk role. You're expected to meet or exceed monthly leasing goals, contribute to community marketing, and support leasing across the broader AIR portfolio when coverage is needed. Weekend availability is required, and hours shift with the season. Fair Housing compliance is non-negotiable.

Pay

Base pay runs $19.50 to $20.00 per hour, and commission tiers stack in multiple directions. You earn more per lease when you close on a higher-rent unit, when you exceed your monthly goal, and when you lock in longer lease terms (18 months or more).

Requirements

• At least one year of sales or customer service experience with measurable goal attainment (property management, hospitality, and retail backgrounds all translate well)
• Comfort following a repeatable sales process rather than freelancing every interaction
• Flexibility across hours and properties as business needs shift
• Reliable transportation and strong English communication skills
