What You Will Do

• Follow AIR's sales process
• Schedule and conduct tours to sell the value of the community
• Maintain a track record of meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
• Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio
• Contribute to community marketing efforts
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations
