Reside Living manages approximately 3,000 apartments across Chicago, with a focus on properties in East Lake View and Gold Coast. These neighborhoods have high demand and strict occupancy expectations. Your responsibilities include:

• Responding to inquiries via phone, text, and email
• Scheduling and conducting tours
• Recording every touchpoint in the CRM
• Closing applications in compliance with fair housing laws, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and relevant state and federal regulations
• Physically inspecting vacant units and common areas
• Flagging issues for maintenance and coordinating resident events
• Running monthly audits of the property’s online presence

What This Role Requires

You should have at least one year of leasing or sales experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a property management platform like Yardi. Attention to detail and follow-through are crucial, as missed callbacks or sloppy CRM entries can impact leases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of leasing or sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Yardi or similar CRM platform (preferred)
• Personal smartphone (iPhone or Android), with a $50/month stipend provided
