Key Responsibilities

• Manage leasing activities including marketing, interviewing, and selecting tenants
• Handle all aspects of lease administration, including signing, renewals, and terminations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and potential tenants
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of real estate laws and regulations
