Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of apartment communities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management
• Proven ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
