CV Resources is partnering with a large, nationally recognized real estate development and property management organization with a strong presence across the West Coast and Mountain West. Due to internal promotions and continued growth, the client is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is a stable, growth‑oriented company known for high‑quality multifamily and mixed‑use communities, strong leadership, and long‑term internal career development. The Accounts Payable Specialist will support both corporate and project‑related accounting functions, balancing traditional AP responsibilities with job costing and project accounting exposure. The role is based in Downtown Vancouver, WA.
Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle corporate accounts payable
- Assist with job costing and project-related AP
- Support project draws
- Prepare and complete account reconciliations
- Ensure accurate coding and allocation of expenses
- Cross-train across corporate and project accounting functions
- Maintain strong internal communication with accounting and operations teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Job costing experience strongly preferred
- Construction or real estate industry experience highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional and collaborative communication style
Pay
$23–$29/hour DOE
Schedule
Hybrid (2 days onsite: Tuesday & Thursday)
