About the role
The AP Specialist II supports the organization’s accounts payable function by accurately processing invoices and expenses within the ERP system, ensuring proper coding, timely payments, and compliance with company policies. This role is responsible for identifying and resolving discrepancies through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors, reconciling vendor accounts, and responding to inquiries to maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process invoices and expenses within the ERP system
- Ensure proper coding, timely payments, and compliance with company policies
- Identify and resolve discrepancies through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Reconcile vendor accounts
- Respond to inquiries to maintain accurate records
- Process payment runs (checks, ACH, and wires)
- Administer employee expense reimbursements
- Audit corporate credit card transactions
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 3–6 years of accounts payable experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 1–4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- SAP (or another ERP) experience highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of efficiency, accuracy and responsibility
- Organization and time management skills
- Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges
Qualifications

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is between $53,000 and $69,000 per year paid at an hourly rate.
