In this in-office role based in Lake Mary, FL, you’ll manage a high volume of invoices, handle account reconciliations, and contribute to the team’s overall financial accuracy. Pay Range: $23–$26/hour, based on experience This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills, take on meaningful projects, and potentially advance into leadership. Key Responsibilities: Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests, ensuring proper coding and documentationEnter and upload invoices into the system, maintaining accurate recordsReconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor payment statusesPrepare timely disbursements, including check runs and electronic transfersTrack expenses, process expense reports, and maintain vendor filesManage month-end tasks and month-to-month account reconciliationInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepancies or issuesCommunicate with vendors regarding inquiries and paymentsSupport audits with documentation and maintain historical recordsAssist with special projects and other duties to meet organizational needs Must-Have Qualifications: Adequate knowledge of basic bookkeeping and AP functionsExperience with paperless, electronic invoice processingProficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP experience preferred)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication abilities and a collaborative spiritReliability and a commitment to high-quality workAbility to handle a high volume of weekly invoices invoices with speed and accuracyWillingness to learn, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities Tews is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications for employment without regards to age, color, sex, disability, national origin, race, religion, or veteran status.
