AP Specialist

About the role

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Stoughton, MA that is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is a 3‑month contract position (potential to convert) that will be on‑site and pays between $24‑$26 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and verifying vendor invoices, coding them, and entering them into the accounting system
• Processing vendor payments and ensuring invoices are paid according to due dates and company policies
• Reconciling vendor statements and AP accounts while researching and resolving discrepancies
• Responding to vendor inquiries and assisting with financial reporting as needed

Requirements

• 1+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably full‑cycle accounts payable
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills

Pay

$24‑$26 per hour (depending on experience)
