AP Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Florham Park, NJ Schedule: Onsite, 5 days per week Type: Temporary with potential to convert to permanent Start: ASAP We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for an immediate temporary opportunity in Florham Park, NJ. This position will support the day-to-day AP function for two affiliated companies and has the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right candidate. Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle accounts payableProcess approximately 100 invoices per monthPerform invoice and purchase order matchingReview invoices for accuracy and proper approvalsCode and enter invoices into the accounting systemAssist with payment processing and vendor inquiriesMaintain accurate AP records and supporting documentationProvide AP support across two affiliated companiesAssist with additional accounting and AP-related needs as required Qualifications:Prior full-cycle accounts payable experienceStrong understanding of invoice processing and PO matchingStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and step into an immediate needSage 300 experience is a plusAvailable to work onsite 5 days per week in Florham Park, NJ This is an urgent need and a strong opportunity for someone who can quickly step in and support the team. While initially temporary, the position could convert to permanent for the right fit.
