AP Specialist

We are looking for an AP Specialist to join a great organization in Centennial, Colorado. This position is ideal for someone who brings solid accounts payable experience, works carefully with financial data, and stays organized while managing multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure payments are prepared in accordance with established timelines.
• Review accounts payable transactions for completeness, proper coding, and alignment with company financial records.
• Maintain organized documentation for invoices, payment activity, and supporting accounting materials.
• Post payments and update account information to keep records current and accurate.
• Communicate with internal team members and external vendors to resolve invoice questions and payment discrepancies.
• Assist with broader bookkeeping and accounting support activities as needed within the finance function.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a closely related accounting support role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively within a team environment.
• Experience handling financial records and maintaining accurate account documentation.
• Familiarity with posting payments and supporting day-to-day accounts payable processes.
