Key Responsibilities
- Process checks, ACH’s, and wire transfers to vendors.
- Manage the company’s travel and entertainment expense reporting process.
- Perform analysis on the travel and entertainment spend data.
- Perform the travel reconciliations and analyze all travel account balances.
- Investigate and explain unusual activity in travel accounts.
- Balance and clear Foreign and Intercompany ACH and wire payments.
- Coordinate with IT group for the Auto-invoice process.
- Control and balance accounts receivable for monthly commission payments.
- Interact with both internal and external customers.
- Provide training and guidance to department users of financial systems.
- Lead special projects and process improvements within the AP department.
Required Education & Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience.
- Experience in electronic AP processing environments.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Experience with month-end close.
- Technical Skills: SAP proficiency, strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Education
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred) or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience.
- Experience in electronic AP processing environments.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Experience with month-end close.
