About the role
We're seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our stable, team-oriented organization.
Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- MATCH invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
- RECONCILE vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- PREPARE weekly check and ACH payment runs
- MaintAIN vendor records and ensure accurate documentation
- ASSIST with month-end close and account reconciliations
- RESPOND to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- SUPPORT the accounting team with additional accounting projects as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- STRONG attention to detail and organizational skills
- EXPERIENCE with accounting or ERP systems
- PROFICIENCY in Microsoft Excel
- ABILITY to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- STRONG communication and customer service skills
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
