AP/AR Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, payments, cash applications, and reconciliations
• Aid with vendor and customer account maintenance, payment discrepancies, reporting, and month-end close activities
• Maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide general administrative support to the Finance team

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of accounting, AP/AR, or bookkeeping experience
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Compensation

$24.50-$30.00/hour, depending on experience

Monday-Friday | 8:15 AM-5:00 PM | Fully Onsite
