AP/AR Specialist

About the role

Abra is looking for a full-time AP/AR Specialist at our Headquarters office in Elk River. This position offers flexible hours (Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week) with no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Daily input into QuickBooks
• Vendor/Client interactions to receive payments
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Miscellaneous office admin duties
• Daily communication with Accounting Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-years of Accounting experience
• Minimum of a 2-Year Degree in accounting or business
• Industry experience in auto body and/or glass is preferred
• Passion for helping small business owners
• Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and various accounting practices
• Extensive knowledge with Excel & QuickBooks
• Tech Savvy and willing to learn other industry software
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Positive attitude and team player
• Likes to have fun at work, laughter is a MUST!

Qualifications
