Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist Process accounts payable invoices by coding transactions and securing manager approvals before payment.Support timely payments and maintain accurate W-9 records to help prevent late fees and documentation issues.Prepare weekly and monthly checks and support daily deposits.Provide limited accounts receivable support, including monthly statements and follow-up on aged receivables.Provide coverage for team members when needed to support continuity across payables and deposit activities.
