AP / AR Specialist

About the role

This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer billings accurately and on time
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors and clients
• Track project-related costs and assist with job costing support
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end close activities

Requirements

• 2+ years of AP/AR or general accounting experience (construction industry preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with accounting software and Excel
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills with both internal teams and external partners
