AP/AR Specialist

Location: Meriden, CT (Fully Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounts payable functions, including invoice entry, coding, and matching
• Process accounts receivable activities, including cash applications and account maintenance
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Set up new customer accounts within the company's internal system
• Assist with payroll processing and related administrative duties
• Provide additional accounting support as needed

Requirements

• Previous accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
