AP Accounting Representative (Slidell, LA/Hunt Valley, MD)

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable with invoice processing, invoice payments, and discrepancy resolution.
• Review invoices for reasonableness, allocability, and allowability before obtaining coding and approvals.
• Respond to supplier emails.
• Aid with 1099s.
• Perform other assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Professional oral and written communication skills.
• Able to maintain a professional demeanor with internal and external contacts.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel spreadsheet and Microsoft Word processing software.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and company policies.
• Basic knowledge of accounts payable job responsibilities.
• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $44,300 - $64,900 per year. Compensation is based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
