Anwar Lab - Junior Specialist

Position Overview

The Specialist will assist in the testing of cancer imaging platforms developed in the Anwar Lab. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about advancing cancer imaging research.

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA in materials science or electrical engineering or physics
• Laboratory experience
• Prior experience in microfabrication is preferred
• Proficiency working with PC Board level electronics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records and documentation of experiments and data
• Collect, analyze, and present results to the research team
• Perform testing of imaging platforms and manage in vitro and small animal imaging studies
• Collaborate effectively with other lab members to ensure project progress and organization
• Cook up assembly of progress reports
