The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Mission statement might be considered legal? Probably remove. We need sections: About the role (maybe a brief summary), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe experience?), Qualifications (education), Skills (maybe abilities), Benefits (none given), Pay (none), Schedule (we have schedule). We should only include sections with real content. We have schedule: Part-time; Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 830am-430pm. So we can include Schedule section. We have responsibilities: many bullet-like sentences. We can put them in
  • . We have qualifications: Master of Social Work preferred, Bachelor's required, experience, ability to secure driving privileges, willingness to uphold mission. We have requirements? Might be overlapping with qualifications. Could combine but we need separate sections only if content. Could have "Qualifications" for education and experience, and "Skills" for abilities like driving, mission support. Or we could put all under Qualifications. But we need to follow instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine education+experience+abilities into Qualifications, and maybe Responsibilities separate, and Schedule separate. About the role could be a brief paragraph summarizing function. Thus sections: About the role (function summary), Responsibilities (list of duties), Qualifications (education, experience, abilities), Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, mission statement. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from responsibilities and qualifications. Let's extract responsibilities sentences: - This position is responsible for the implementation of the Anti-Human Trafficking Program in the Greater Cincinnati area. - Oversee the Anti-Human Trafficking Program in the Greater Cincinnati area. - Provide direct services through the management of the Well Drop-In Program and comprehensive care for victims of sex and labor trafficking, to include - Coordination with the partner agencies for referrals to support the victim in leaving the trafficking situation and receiving needed services. - Utilization of Salvation Army and other resources to ensure that the victim’s basic needs are met, including clothing, food, and hygiene products. - Development of a safety plan and a service plan in coordination with the victim. - Provision of case management to help the client achieve the goals outlined in the service plan. - Although plans will vary based on individual needs, these activities may include but are not limited to permanent housing, legal assistance, working with law enforcement, ESOL, employment, counseling, linkage to benefits. - Linking survivor with resources for ongoing care. - Maintenance of accurate and timely case notes. - Timely completion of reports. - Support the coordination and share the responsibility of participating in outreach programming, as appropriate. - Serve as the Coalition Manager for End Slavery Cincinnati, to include - Continuing and expanding existing ESC efforts. - Convening regular coalition meetings and preparing minutes. - Participating in statewide anti-trafficking efforts. - Coordinate community response to gaps in services to victims and awareness in the community. - Participate in public awareness and education efforts. - Provide supervision to Anti-Human Trafficking staff persons, including case advocates and other staff as applicable. Supervision is to include - Onboarding and professional development - Oversight of case planning and ensuring case advocates are providing trauma-informed services - Supporting staff in ethical decision making and evaluation of mandatory reporting options - Oversight of case records and documentation. - Prepare program reports as needed for funders, Salvation Army statistics, etc. - Coordinate with other departments as a part of program management, including Development and Finance for the raising and management of funds, respectively. - Complete other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor. We need to preserve all. We'll put them as list items. Qualifications: - Master of Social Work, preferred. - Bachelor’s in Social Work or other Bachelor’s degree in related field, required. - Experience providing comprehensive care for survivors of human trafficking and/or other victimizations. - Experience working with local, state and national anti-trafficking coalitions and efforts. - Ability to secure and maintain driving privileges in Ohio and maintain car insurance. - Willingness to uphold and support The Salvation Army’s mission and ministry. Schedule: - Part-time; Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 830am-430pm. About the role: maybe a short paragraph summarizing function: "This position oversees the Anti-Human Trafficking Program in Greater Cincinnati, manages the Well Drop-In Program, provides direct services to victims, coordinates with partners, develops safety and service plans, provides case management, supervises staff, serves as Coalition Manager for End Slavery Cincinnati, and handles program reporting and interdepartmental coordination." We must not invent details; but summarizing is okay as long as we don't lose detail? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Summarizing might be considered summarizing away detail? It says "do NOT invent or summarize away detail". So we should not create a summary that omits details. Better to keep the function paragraph as is (the function description). The function paragraph already contains many details; we could use that as About the role content. That is basically the function paragraph. So we can put the function paragraph as About the role. Thus About the role: the function paragraph (starting "This position is responsible for the implementation..."). We must not repeat job title as heading; fine. Now produce HTML:

    About the role

This position is responsible for the implementation of the Anti-Human Trafficking Program in the Greater Cincinnati area. Oversee the Anti-Human Trafficking Program in the Greater Cincinnati area. Provide direct services through the management of the Well Drop-In Program and comprehensive care for victims of sex and labor trafficking, to include Coordination with the partner agencies for referrals to support the victim in leaving the trafficking situation and receiving needed services. Although plans will vary based on individual needs, these activities may include but are not limited to permanent housing, legal assistance, working with law enforcement, ESOL, employment, counseling, linkage to benefits. Then Responsibilities: maybe we could split but we already included all duties in About the role. But we need Responsibilities section if we have specific list. However we already included all duties in About the role; we could still have Responsibilities as a list but that would duplicate content. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is not prohibited but might be redundant. Better to have About the role as a brief summary and Responsibilities as detailed list. But we risk summarizing away detail if we summarize. However we could keep About the role as a short paragraph that is not a summary but maybe just a generic description like "This position oversees the Anti-Human Trafficking Program in Greater Cincinnati..." which is a summary. That would lose detail. So maybe we should not have About the role at all, and instead have Responsibilities as the detailed list, and Qualifications as list, Schedule as list. That would preserve all detail without summarizing. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can have three sections: Responsibilities, Qualifications, Schedule. That's fine. No About the role needed. Thus we will output:
