Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements
- Ability to push and/or pull heavy loads
- Heavy lifting (up to 50-75 lbs.) overhead repeatedly during the shift
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers)
- Maintain excellent attendance
- Able to work with little to no supervision
- Able to work overtime, as needed
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Prepare and process aluminum extrusions per documented customer specifications
- Assist in monitoring tank liquid levels
- Monitor material placement prior to beginning anodizing process to prevent material damage or waste
- Inspire others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Pass company background and drug screening
