Anodic Operator Level 1 - Day Shift (FW)

Department: Anodic (Anodizing) | Reports to: Department Manager with direction from Team Captain

Schedule

Alternating weeks:

• Week 1 – Sunday through Tuesday, 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Week 2 – Sunday through Wednesday, 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Pay

$17/hr

Responsibilities

• Process aluminum dies for projects (place on racks)
• Follow detailed instructions based on customer requests
• Take ownership of your work and support team members to do the same
• Inspire others to work safely and efficiently

Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads (lifting 50–75 lbs. repeatedly overhead during shift)
• Attention to detail and accurately process orders according to customer specifications
• Maintain excellent attendance
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
• Able to work overtime as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Pass company background and drug screening
