Animal Sanctuary Caregiver

About the role

We're hiring for a farm animal caretaker at Treasure Hunt Farm Foundation in Rutland, MA. This position offers 24-40 hours per week, with shifts running from 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Feeding and watering animals
• Turning animals in and out
• Cleaning stalls and coops
• Performing other general farm and sanctuary chores

Requirements

• Dependable and ready to work
• Willingness to get dirty
• Strong work ethic
• Genuine interest in animal care

Qualifications

Large animal experience is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
