Career Description

The Senior Deputy Public Administrator/Public Guardian is a department promotional recruitment. Only current employees of the Public Administrator/Public Guardian Agency will be considered.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Proven Knowledge Of The Ideal Candidate is a motivated, self-starting individual with one year of experience as a Deputy PA/PG I and two years of experience demonstrating possession of the required knowledge and abilities.
  • Willing to take on new and challenging deputy assignments and able to work independently or as part of a larger team with PA/PG and other County personnel, and members of the public.
  • Competencies in the following areas:
    • Administratorship/Guardianship/Probate Principles
    • Effectively communicate, orally and in writing, with departmental team members, management, field staff, the public, and other governmental agencies on behalf of clients
    • Prepare and generate reports, written correspondence and investigations to a technical and non-technical audience
    • Actively manage assignments
