Angio Technologist - Cath Lab 0.75 FTE with Call

About the role

Assist Cardiologists and Radiologists in diagnostic and interventional procedures within Interventional Radiology and Cath lab. Scrub, circulate, and monitor during invasive neurovascular and radiology procedures. Provide care for patients undergoing angiograms, stent placements, neurointerventional procedures, nephrostomies, vertebral augmentation, and port placements. Maintain organization, multitask efficiently, and deliver compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform invasive procedures, monitor patient status, and ensure safety during complex interventions.
• Collaborate with medical team to deliver high-quality care.
• Handle urgent cases, including off-hours and weekend call shifts.

Qualifications

• AA/BA/BS degree in Radiology or Cardiovascular Technology from an accredited program.
• Current ARRT or RCIS certification and State licensure; eligible candidates must obtain certification within ninety days.
• CPR and ACLS certifications required.
• Preferred: two years of clinical experience, especially in cardiac cath lab or interventional radiology.
• Bi-annual CME credits and mandatory AIDS education.
