Angio Technologist - Cath Lab 0.75 FTE with Call

About the role

Overlake is currently seeking an Interventional Cardio/Angio Technologist to assist Cardiologists and Radiologists in various diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing angiograms with or without stent placement (cardiac, vascular, and cerebral including complex neurointerventional procedures).
• Provide care for patients undergoing nephrostomies, vertebral augmentation, and port placement in the Interventional Radiology department.
• Deliver exceptional care in an efficient and compassionate manner, managing multiple tasks and staying organized.
• Participate in call shifts for urgent cases, covering off-hours (overnight & weekend).

Requirements

• A/BA/BS degree through an accredited Radiology or Cardiovascular Technology program.
• ARRT Registry (or registry eligible) and State Certification as Radiologic Technologist (RT).
• OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) (or registry eligible) and State Certification as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (IS).
• Current healthcare provider CPR certification and ACLS.
• Two years of related clinical experience preferred.
• Previous cardiac cath lab/interventional radiology/electrophysiology experience preferred.
• Mandatory 24 CME credits bi-annually.
• Mandatory AIDS education.

Qualifications

• Two years of related clinical experience preferred.
• Previous cardiac cath lab/interventional radiology/electrophysiology experience preferred.
• Mandatory 24 CME credits bi-annually.
• Mandatory AIDS education.

Pay

The posted pay range represents the entire pay scale, from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional pay based on shift, certification or level of education. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience and internal equity.

Schedule

Part-time 0.75 FTE / 30 hours per week, 10-hour shift including call shifts for urgent cases.
