Anesthesiologist - Ongoing, ASAP Start

We are seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist to provide anesthesia services near Merrillville, Indiana, for ongoing coverage. Key responsibilities include: Supervising anesthesia procedures with a 1:6 ratio, occasionally after hours for C-sections.Managing anesthesia for general surgery (50-60%) and high-acuity specialties such as heart, lungs, and vascular cases, with a specialized team for open hearts. Handling a mix of procedures including minor pediatrics, ENT, and light trauma cases.Participating in a regional anesthesia program performed by CRNAs and MDs. Qualifications & Skills: Experience in trauma, cardiovascular, and high-acuity environments preferred.Ability to work with various anesthesia techniques and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Strong communication and clinical skills.
