About the role
Seeking Pediatric Anesthesiologists for ongoing roles near Louisville, KY, with shifts of 8 or 10 hours during the day.
Responsibilities
- Work in a busy NICU and PICU with trauma level 1, covering diverse specialties including general, ortho, urology, plastics, neurosurgery, and more.
- Supervise MDs, overseeing CRNAs, SRNAs, and residents.
- Maintain a flexible ratio of CRNAs to anesthesiologists based on case complexity.
- Manage cases and demonstrate procedural expertise in a high-acuity environment.
Requirements
- Candidates must be MD/DO, BC/BE, and certified in PALS and ACLS.
- Experience in procedures such as caudal, adductor canal block, interscalene block, arterial lines, and ESP.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in a high-acuity pediatric setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, trauma level 1 environment.
- Strong case management skills.
