Anesthesiologist - Locum Tenens Coverage

About the role

An anesthesiologist provides comprehensive anesthesia services in a high-volume Level II trauma center, supporting diverse surgical cases including cardiac, robotics, orthopedics, and pediatric procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum anesthesia during day shifts within a collaborative team that includes CRNAs and technicians
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and care coordination, ensuring quality patient care
• Operate under supervision with 100% hands-on involvement and no prescriptive authority

Key Duties

• Provide anesthesia services for diverse surgical procedures
• Manage patient care using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary anesthesia team
• Operate within supervision model, ensuring safety and quality

Qualifications & Skills

• Board certification in Anesthesiology is required
• Experience supervising a variety of surgical cases in a fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and teamwork
