About the role
Provide comprehensive anesthesia services in a busy hospital with a diverse surgical case load, including general, cardiac, neuro, orthopedic, OB, and pediatric procedures. Work during day shifts, managing cases across four operating rooms under a supervision model of 1 MD to 4 CRNAs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee anesthesia delivery for a wide range of surgical procedures
- Supervise and collaborate with CRNAs in a 1:4 supervision model
- Manage a variable case load for patients of all ages
- Ensure quality patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements
- Board certification in Anesthesiology
- Clinical expertise and adaptability in high-volume surgical settings
