About the role

This position is for a board-certified MD specializing in anesthesia, providing comprehensive services for both pediatric and adult surgical cases. The clinician will deliver supervised anesthesia care under a hands-on supervision staffing model, managing a varied caseload across different age groups. The role emphasizes full hands-on involvement and supervision, with a typical ratio of 1:3 CRNA oversight.

The provider will work in a dynamic clinical environment within a large hospital setting, supporting varied surgical services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supervised anesthesia care for pediatric and adult surgical cases
• Manage a diverse caseload across different age groups
• Maintain strong clinical skills and ensure quality patient care
• Operate in individual rooms as needed

Requirements

• Board certification in anesthesiology
• Pediatric fellowship training
• Competency in adult anesthesia

Schedule

• Day shifts, 5x10-hour shifts per week
• Minimum commitment of three weeks per month
