• Anesthesia Care Team model with physician supervision of CRNA
• Leverage leadership positions: Chief, Medical Director, Critical Care Section Head

• Over 40,000 cases
• Over 40 anesthetizing locations
• Five facilities all within 30 min: Methodist University Hospital, Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown, Methodist North Hospital, Methodist South Hospital, Methodist Olive Branch Hospital – Olive Branch, MS
• General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, Obstetrical + NORA1 Subspecialty areas: Cardiac, Neuro, Transplant, OB (~6K deliveries)

Qualifications

• Active state license
• DEA
• State CDS
• Board certification: ACLS, PALS, BLS
