Travel Nurse RN - PACU - Post Anesthesia Care - $2,710 per week
Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) for a position focused on outpatient services in a healthcare facility located in Clarkston, Washington. The RN will provide nursing care for outpatient surgery, endoscopy laboratory, and post-anesthesia recovery, including managing conscious sedation for specialized procedures. This role requires strong peri-operative assessment skills and the ability to recognize post-anesthesia and post-operative complications.
Job Details
Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
Valid nursing license
Degree in nursing
At least 1 year of experience in peri-operative or PACU nursing
Location in the United States
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in outpatient surgery
Endoscopy Lab
Post Anesthesia Care Unit
Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Additional Information
The role involves floating to various outpatient service areas, including Day Surgery, Endoscopy Lab, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, and Pre-operative Clinic.
The RN will utilize nursing assessment skills for peri-operative care, education, and recognizing complications following anesthesia and surgical procedures.
The position is scheduled to begin on 07/27/2026.
