Anesthesia Supply Equip Coordinator
About the role
The Anesthesia Supply/Equipment Coordinator is responsible for meeting the needs of the anesthesia department and physicians, ensuring a smooth flow of care for all patients in the surgical services department and other departments as needed. This is a technical position reporting on a daily basis to the daily charge RN and daily charge anesthesiologist, with overall responsibility to the Clinical Manager.
Requirements
- Post high school vocational or college course work required
- CPR certification at Health Care Provider level required
- Current certification as an Anesthesia Technician/Technologist required
- Minimum four (4) years of experience as an Anesthesia Technician/Technologist required, with progressive responsibility preferred
Qualifications
Internal contacts are with health care staff throughout the system. External contacts may include outside health care organizations and vendors.
