Android Sales Manager

As an Android Sales Manager, you'll drive success by building strong retail partnerships through dedicated training and advocacy, strategically managing your market, and spearheading project sales. Pay

$24 hourly; plus weekly, monthly, and quarterly contests and incentives.

Schedule

Monday–Friday. This position requires a personal vehicle, insurance, and submission to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Daily travel to multiple stores and the ability to accommodate occasional overnight assignments are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Effectively promote Android devices and related products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate Retailer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at leading mobile carriers.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Ensure the "Best Experience" for retail partners and end-consumers through expert product knowledge and outstanding service.
• Maximize Product Placement: Optimize product displays and in-store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Provide Product Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor, educating retailers and customers on the features and benefits of Android devices and the broader ecosystem.
• Execute Sales Strategies: Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
• Report and Analyze Sales Data: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven ability to consistently drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment, including meeting or surpassing sales quotas and demonstrating urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, specifically within mobile carrier retail store leadership.
• Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust sales strategies to meet evolving market conditions and retailer needs.
• Proactive and driven self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to acquire and sustain a high level of product knowledge regarding Android devices and the broader ecosystem, and effectively communicate it to retailers and customers.
• Must possess reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores and be available for occasional overnight assignments; a valid Driver’s License is required.
