Anaplan Consultant – Managed Services & Continuous Improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client business processes and existing Anaplan models to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, optimization, and scalability
• Recommend and implement enhancements that improve model performance, usability, and alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and build enhancements and extensions to existing Anaplan models following best practices
• Develop a deep understanding of Anaplan platform capabilities, staying current with new releases and leveraging new features in solution design
• Support ongoing model maintenance, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and end-user support
• Build foundational Anaplan modeling expertise and complete relevant certifications
• Manage project hours, budgets, and priorities across a portfolio of clients while maintaining strong engagement cadence
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts by demonstrating value through continuous improvement initiatives
• Support reporting, dashboards, and end-user experience within Anaplon Confluence
• Contribute to internal process improvements, accelerators, and intellectual property development

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business, Technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or related roles
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Anaplan and connected planning, with a desire to build deep platform expertise
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with high initiative and drive
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Access a plus)
• Ability to quickly understand and break down complex financial and technical concepts
• Exposure to technologies such as web development (Java, HTML, Python), relational databases (Oracle, SQL), or data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in FP&A or financial planning processes
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle, or similar tools
