Analytics Division Lead - Operations Department

Responsibilities

  • Mentor team members and encourage career growth.
  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate knowledge transfers.
  • Ensure all team members have the resources they need.
  • Develop a keen eye for individual strengths & weaknesses among team members.
  • Work with department leadership to assign tasks and projects to team members.
  • Hold individuals and teams accountable for deadlines.
  • Enforce quality of work standards.
  • Review and approve all division output.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
  • Academic backgrounds in business, finance, data analysis, and/or statistics.
