About the role

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analytics & Capabilities is a centralized team that partners across RGM and commercial teams to strengthen processes, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions. This role provides flexible support across the RGM organization, addressing evolving business needs through ad hoc analysis, project support, and collaboration with brand teams. It contributes to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of analytical tools and capabilities, supports the advancement of Next Gen RGM solutions, and integrates AI into business processes and decision-making tools.

Responsibilities

  • RGM Teamwide Support: Collaborate closely with peers on projects across the RGM organization. During the first ~6 months, support several Family Care brands on high-priority business analyses to build a strong understanding of RGM processes and capabilities. Rotate across pricing, promotion, and PPA initiatives while expanding capabilities.
  • Project Support: Assist with special RGM projects, complex ad hoc analyses, and ongoing tool maintenance, ensuring accurate outputs, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Tool Development & Maintenance: Support the creation of new tools in Excel, Power BI, and other software to advance RGM capabilities and improve speed to insight. Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of existing tools for ongoing development of RGM analytics.
  • AI Adoption: Support the incorporation of AI into current and future business processes and tools.
  • Next Gen RGM: Support the ideation, development, and rollout of Next Gen RGM solutions, including internal development of everyday tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional RGM experience with a proven track record of delivering results, ideally within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or Food and Beverage.
  • Working knowledge of NIQ/Circana (POS, panel, loyalty), financials (in-house & customer), trade data, and other CPG-related data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel required. Experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate the work of others, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a customer-service-oriented mindset.

Pay

The anticipated base pay range for this role is $116,380 – $143,740 USD (for U.S. locations only). Actual pay will depend on location, role, skills, performance, and experience. This position is also eligible for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite.
