In this role, you’ll help deliver better care for billions of people around the world through Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analytics & Capabilities—a centralized team that partners across RGM and commercial teams to strengthen processes, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.
This position serves as the RGM organization’s expert resource for the most complex business challenges, providing advanced analytical support and leadership across brand, trade, and pricing initiatives. It leads the development and deployment of next-generation RGM capabilities, partners with Advanced Analytics and Data Science teams to transform methodologies into scalable tools, and provides thought leadership on AI.
Responsibilities
- Complex RGM Problem Support: Serve as the RGM expert resource for the organization’s most complex issues, including brand support, trade performance, and PPA. Support ranges from advisory to full ownership of unique challenges.
- Next Gen RGM: Lead the ideation, development, and rollout of next-generation RGM solutions, including everyday tools. Partner with Advanced Analytics and Data Science to transform RGM theory into scalable tools.
- AI Thought Leadership: Drive the incorporation of AI into business processes and tools. Identify high-value use cases, collaborate with Advanced Analytics and Data Science to implement solutions, and train the broader RGM organization on AI adoption.
- Project Leadership: Lead strategic RGM projects and complex ad hoc analyses, ensuring accurate outputs, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives.
- RGM Training: Identify training and standardization needs across the organization. Lead complex trainings, particularly in AI, advanced tools, and next-gen capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience with a proven track record of delivering results, ideally within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within RGM.
- Expert knowledge of RGM theory, levers, elasticities, commercial viability, systems/tools, and trade.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate others’ work, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Expertise in developing and supporting complex analytical solutions integrating coefficients, elasticities, and syndicated data into cohesive tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing projects and teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of NIQ/Circana (POS, panel, loyalty), financials (in-house & customer), trade data, and other CPG-related data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- Experience identifying organizational weaknesses and recommending training solutions.
- Experience utilizing a data lake to develop new capabilities and reports is highly desirable.

Pay
The anticipated base pay range for this role is $140,320 – $173,360 USD (for U.S. locations only). Actual pay will depend on location, skills, performance, and experience. This position is also eligible for a target bonus.
