What Is the Opportunity?
The Analyst within U.S. CFO Productivity & Efficiency group will support driving multiple US strategic initiatives across the US CFO organization.
What Will You Do?
- Drive and contribute to key strategic initiatives and transformation projects
- Drive interactions with various groups across all lines of defense and streamline current processes
- Partner across functions, such as Regulatory Reporting, Controllers, Treasury and FP&A, to identify the impact and support the adoption of each initiative
- Communicate key messages and updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
- Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Provide thought leadership and work independently, while demonstrating strong attention to details
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
What Do You Need to Succeed?
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience specializing in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering or Liberal Arts
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in a Financial Services company, preferably with a focus in Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting or Data Office
- Skillful in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service
- Independent workstreams, self-starter and takes initiative
- Process-oriented with great documentation skills
- Detailed oriented, driving data analytics to improve current state of business operations
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and solve complex business needs
- Capability to manage complex business requirements and to coordinate across multiple teams in a deadline-driven environment
Nice-to-have:
- Prior transformation project or large program experience preferred
- Prior experience preferably with a focus in Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting or Data Office
- Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
