Senior Analyst, Data Modernization and Intelligence (Communications and Collaboration Focus)

Work you'll do

• C Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions.
• B Develop and maintain data reports and visualizations using data analysis tools.
• C Perform data testing, validation, and quality assurance, particularly within MS Purview.
• D Contribute to the development of data documentation and SOPs.
• E Provide technical support for data systems and applications.
• F Test and implement M365 Copilot and other GenAI tools.
• G Product/feature testing, test automation, defect management & tracking in the M365 and Purview space.
• H Reporting, visualization, trend analysis to support AAM and multi-tenant projects.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field.
• B Minimum 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related fields, with a focus on communications and collaboration.
• C Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
• D Experience with data testing and quality assurance.
• E Familiarity with MS Purview and its technical aspects.
• F Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• G Experience with scripting languages such as powershell or python.
