Analyst, Technology and Operations
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes description (role summary) and then bullet-like paragraphs under headings like "THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE IS EXPECTED TO:" with subheadings: Compliance Process Automation, Compliance Operations & Technology Enablement, Process Improvement & Control Enhancement, Governance, Risk & Regulatory Support, Project Management & Change Enablement. Then "QUALIFICATIONS:" with bullet list. Then "Preferred" (maybe part of qualifications). Then "Critical Competencies" list. Then "Success Measures". Also maybe "About the role" can be first paragraph.
We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
- About the role: we have introductory paragraph describing role. Use that.
- Responsibilities: we have many bullet-like responsibilities under "THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE IS EXPECTED TO:" with subcategories. Those are responsibilities. So we can create a Responsibilities section with - items for each responsibility bullet. Should we keep subheadings? Probably not needed; we can just list responsibilities. But we could also keep subheadings as
but not allowed; only for section headings. So we can just list responsibilities as list items.
- Requirements: we have qualifications (Bachelor's degree, 2-5 years experience, etc.) plus preferred experience etc. Could be Requirements section.
- Skills: we have Critical Competencies list (Compliance Operations, Process Automation, etc.) maybe as Skills.
- Success Measures maybe could be under Responsibilities? Or maybe a separate section like "Success Measures" not in allowed headings; we could incorporate into Responsibilities or maybe omit if not matching allowed headings. The instruction: use headings only for those listed; we should not create other headings. So we need to fit content into those headings. Success Measures could be placed under Responsibilities or maybe under Requirements? Probably better to add as a separate
under Responsibilities or maybe as a separate section not allowed; but we can omit if not fitting. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop success measures. So we need to include them somewhere. Could add a
after Responsibilities but before next heading, not as a heading. That's allowed: we can have prose paragraphs not under a heading? The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. It doesn't forbid having prose outside headings; but we should structure with headings for sections. We could have a
for Success Measures after Responsibilities heading.
Similarly, "Critical Competencies" could be Skills section.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We must remove boilerplate etc. There's none.
We need to preserve all substantive information: include all details from description, responsibilities, qualifications, preferred, critical competencies, success measures.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like bullet points.
Let's extract content.
Intro paragraph: "The Compliance Technology and Operations Analyst serves as a bridge between Compliance, Operations, and Technology, partnering across the organization to modernize, streamline, and automate regulatory and compliance processes.
