Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Strategic Operations Analyst to support the highest priority, highest complexity, and highest visibility initiatives within our Athlete Partnerships roadmap. This role reports to the Biz Ops lead supporting the Head of Athlete Partnerships and offers exposure to the Fanatics Collectibles leadership team. The role will be actively involved in multiple impactful initiatives within Athlete Partnerships and across the organization. Specifically, they will play a key role in developing our autograph procurement strategy (10M+ autos per year), establishing frameworks for broader strategic initiatives, and driving cross-functional projects to improve the athlete and collector experience.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2-4 years of experience, with a preference for Management Consulting, Strategy, Finance / Accounting, or Biz Ops roles
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar preferred
- Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen
- Team-first mindset, with a passion for solving highly complex problems together
- Ability to handle a multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, and work across a wide range of high priority initiatives
- Confidence, intellectual curiosity, ability cut through ambiguity, and a desire to learn
