Responsibilities
- Deliver client project and deliverable assignments on time, on-budget, and with quality.
- Support project managers in client delivery and deliverables.
- Develop deep understanding of client operations and operating models.
- Develop, deploy and utilize new and existing frameworks.
- Translate client understanding, assessment, issues and insights into documents, tools and data models.
- Develop and provide industry-focused perspectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis within assigned industry.
- Understand perspectives, intellectual capital, tools and frameworks within Strategy & Operations.
Qualifications
- Education and Professional Experience: Entry position with 0-3 years of prior full-time work experience preferably related to consulting. A bachelor's or graduate degree in research and analytically-oriented fields such as engineering, business, computer science, analytics or mathematics is preferred.
- Applied Work Experience: Experience in at least one consulting objective in work or education settings such as assessment, design, planning, implementation, or operationalization. Demonstrated competence in core strategy and operations skills such as research, data analysis, lean/continuous improvement, change management, and strong writing and presenting abilities.
- Other Skills and Credentials: Strong curiosity and self-learner, ability to leverage AI tools, and certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, PMI/PMP are desirable.
Requirements
- Based in the EST or CST time zone.
- Expected to work client hours.
- Travel to client sites can be required as needed, with travel typically not exceeding 25%.
