About the role

Charlie Health offers virtual substance use disorder and eating disorder treatment programs in select states.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional medical services under the supervision of licensed physicians and clinicians.
• Participate in symptom improvement analysis based on self-reported outcomes data.
• Conduct cohort-specific outcomes analysis based on self-reported data.
• Perform higher level of care (HLOC) readmission analysis based on self-reported outcomes data.
• Ensure timely access to care for patients using telehealth and in-person services.
• Collaborate with contracted network providers and health plans to ensure compliance with timely access to care standards.
• Manage patient records and share them with primary care providers as required.

Requirements

Experience in providing professional medical services, particularly in substance use disorder and eating disorder treatment.

Qualifications

• Valid medical license in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of telehealth and in-person service standards.
• Ability to conduct symptom improvement, cohort-specific outcomes, and HLOC readmission analyses.
• Experience in managing patient records and collaborating with healthcare providers.
