Sales Support
Customer and Prospect Discovery
- Participate in the Customer/Prospect Discovery process
- Create and distribute discovery documents
- Conduct interviews with the prospect and their employees
- Compile results into reports
Product Demonstrations
- Configure and ready the software for demos
- Provide detailed demonstrations of products online or in person
- Coordinate timing of demonstrations and meeting agendas with the Sales Teams
- Coordinate internal resources for product demonstrations
Additional Duties
- Attend and participate in Sales Meetings
- Train on the McLeod Product line until proficient
- Participate in Security and other mandated training
- Plan, prepare, and execute product demonstrations on McLeod Products
- Support the core Sales Team
- Aid in the acclimation and training of new salespeople
- Support core services personnel
- Maintain and secure company equipment and software
- Create personal travel arrangements and complete expense reports
- Travel a minimum of 50% of each month
- Participate in special projects as requested
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales, software training, software engineering, or in the transportation industry
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to travel in the US and Canada a minimum of 50% of the time
