What You'll Do
The Ecommerce Analyst is pivotal in executing our omni-channel strategy at the retailer level. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining dashboards for sales, traffic, conversion, and digital shelf KPIs across key retailers.
- Linking results to retail media activities and optimizing digital shelf content and website experiences.
- Translating data into actionable insights to enhance commercial performance and ROI.
- Supporting test-and-learn initiatives to quantify the impact of changes in targeting, content, and media.
- Monitoring and analyzing search performance and conversion rates.
- Supporting Amazon channel development, including performance tracking, content optimization, and growth analysis.
- Tracking website performance and partnering with internal and external teams to improve UX and content.
Essential Functions
E-Commerce Performance:
- Develop and maintain dashboards for sales, traffic, conversion, and digital shelf KPIs.
- Integrate data across multiple platforms for a unified view of performance.
- Translate data into actionable insights to improve commercial performance and ROI.
Shopper Insights & Commerce Optimization:
- Analyze shopper behavior, search trends, and product performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve targeting and conversion.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for retail media audience targeting and search/keyword strategies.
Search & Discovery Optimization (SEO / Digital Shelf / AI):
- Support the development of capabilities to monitor search visibility across different platforms.
- Optimize product content and listings for improved performance.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of product content, ratings, and reviews on search performance and conversion.
- Identify opportunities to improve discoverability and conversion.
Amazon Channel Development:
- Support Amazon performance tracking, content optimization, and growth analysis.
- Assist in identifying growth levers across assortment, pricing, and media.
- Partner with agencies to improve reporting, measurement, and identify test & learn opportunities.
Website & Owned Channel Analytics:
- Track website performance (traffic, engagement, conversion).
- Support ongoing optimization initiatives across Mizkan's brands' websites.
- Partner with internal and external teams to identify UX and content improvements.

Education/Experience/Qualifications/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital analytics, or CPG marketing, preferred.
- Familiarity with large datasets and translating insights into action.
- Experience working with e-commerce or retail media platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital shelf optimization.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $76,000 - $100,000 per year.
- This is an exempt position and is not eligible to receive overtime pay.
- Eligible for a Short-Term Incentive Bonus.

Work Schedule & Location
- This is a hybrid position based in Schaumburg, IL.
Physical Requirements & Work Conditions
- Ability to remain seated at a workstation for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling office equipment.
- Ability to view computer screens and read printed materials for prolonged periods.
- Occasional standing, walking, and reaching within the office environment.
- Ability to lift and carry office supplies or equipment weighing up to 10–15 lbs.
- Adequate hearing and speech to communicate effectively in person and via phone/video.
- Travel up to 10%.
