Third Party Coordination
Collaborates with third party for hardware installation, troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues.
Upgrades
Performs upgrades based on new technology/new deployments.
SOP Creation
Creates Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
Capacity Planning
Participates in Network Capacity Planning.
Packet Capture Analysis
Performs packet capture analysis on devices.

Qualifications
